Preparation for a celebratory sheep dinner. First smooth black rocks are heated in the fire. Then the sheep is killed trough a little incision in iis breast where the aorta is squeezed untill it dies. No blood is spilled. Pieces of meat are mixed with the hot rockes and tumbled in a milk container and so cooked. Inside the Ger, the preparation of milk dishes goes on all day, every day.
